4、负责当地政府事务对接;
4. Responsible for liaising with local government affairs;
5、负责公司行政接待,环保卫生安全的管理;
5. Responsible for the company's administrative reception, environmental protection, hygiene, and safety management;
6、负责与中国总部对接,并将要求落到实处;
6. Responsible for liaising with the Chinese headquarters and implementing requirements;
7、负责开展公司新员工培训工作;
7. Responsible for conducting training for new employees;
8、负责公司绩效考核、薪酬等制度落地;

9、负责制定分析每月人力资源报表,并在每月5日前发到中国总部。
