Provide smart-hands assistance at local sites within SLA timeframes.
Monitor and report on service availability, system performance, and resource utilization.
Operate tools and software used in data center environments (e.g., Windows/Linux systems, SSH, RDP, Putty, DCIM platforms).
Assist with equipment receiving/shipping and return material authorization (RMA) processes.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of cabinets, racks, and work areas.
Participate in rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
Travel to other sites for deployment or service support when necessary.
