รายละเอียดงาน
· Plans and directs all aspects of maintenance activities and projects within an organization.
· Ensures all projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization’s established policies and objectives.
· Utilizes best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives
· Incorporates machine, spare part, tools that result in cost-effective and quality output.
· Manages overall maintenance budget and costs.
· Manages all maintenance departmental function.
· Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets / policies / procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
· Ability to develop manufacturing processes by designing, implementing and modifying equipment or processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Requires a college Degree or Above in engineering / electrical or related discipline
- Requires 2+ year of Maintenance experience. Age 25-45 years old
- Knowledge of maintenance equipment in the factory and Office
- Require experience of PCBA Factory
- Deep knowledge of maintenance
- Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
