Drive and grow the business and sales activities for Food ingredients segments: - Beverage, Dairy, Food Supplements and Savory. Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with new and current customer base.
Duties and responsibilities
•Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential customers
•Work closely with Product Manager to execute the Business Plan, in alignment with the Company Management to achieve target Sales and Profit numbers
•Schedule customer visits to promote products, samplings and follow customers testing until commercialization
•Provide commercial and technical support to customers
•Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
•Identify and resolve customer complaints
•Conduct Market Intelligence for Market Trends / new business developments
•Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing
•Technical discussion with Suppliers for solving customer issues or new product promotions
•Submit a weekly customer visit plan, sales reports, as required and update progress of action plan regularly
