Management for repair team of Zebra's products such as Scanner or Label Printer to achieve KPIs target.
Evaluate technician base on KPI consisting of Repeat Repair, On time delivery, WIP over 10 days and customer satisfaction.
Train to the trainer for new product repairing after attended new product training course that provided by engineering team.
Daily management repair operation of technician for example repair pending, part status.
Consult with engineering team for repair issue including software and hardware.
Consult with call center team for other requests for example buffer unit offering in case of parts shortage and oversea repair.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for part and buffer unit branch transfer process.
Operate dismantling project or new project that assign by Zebra.
Manage and maintenance fixture or engineering tool that use for repair operation.
Provide quotation for project activities for example part and spare pool scrap, UMAT etc.
Immediately respond to customer complaints and resolve as best as possible.
Prepare KPIs reports, Billing charge by monthly basis and including presenting in weekly meeting with team.
