Job Purpose/Overview
The main responsibilities of assistance utility technician are to operate and maintenance both waste water system and water filtration system to ensure that the systems can operate smoothly. In terms of maintenance, an assistance utility technician has to take lead in case of Utility machine and breakdown, as well as support Preventive Maintenance Team for Pakchong Factory and Utility System.
Key Responsibilities
Machine operator, ensure that system is in good condition.
Leading in planning in case of Utility machine breakdown and work closely with Shift Manager and Utility Technical to provide recommendation and action to ensure that the process come back to normal operations in limited timeline.
Leading in Problem Solving to day to day operations related to the areas below :
Daily Operate and verify machine condition for 3 factory (Dry 1 / Dry 2 & Pouch factory) : HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) for PCH site (AHUs, MAUs, Chillers). The responsibility including :
•Be able to operate machine and adjust machine condition, understand and be able to do trouble shooting, and Perform PM Level 1 from 3 level (Daily / Weekly / Periodically inspection)
Daily Operate Boiler system and verify machine condition for 3 factory (Dry 1 / Dry 2 & Pouch factory) The responsibility including :
•Be able to operate machine and adjust machine condition, and Perform PM Level 1 from 3 level (Daily / Weekly / Periodically inspection)
Daily inspection work for each system according to inspection document, data recording and manage inspection report.
Daily chemical loading process, check remaining chemical stock and review quantity to order. To prevent shortage
Daily sludge removal from process by using forklift and transfer to hazardous storage in order to maintain waste water system process.
Analyze daily potable water & Wastewater quality parameter using water testing tools including laboratory instrument, report recording, Standard verifying. To
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical fields
- Experience 1-2 years in relate to this position is a plus. Preferably with food industry
- Applicants must have applied knowledge maintenance skill, PM
- Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting is essential
