รายละเอียดงาน
1. Increase HR operational effectiveness and efficiency by leveraging, automation and enhancing the HR work processes via the system.
2. Maintains quality and consistency of HRIS database.
3. Collaborate with IT Team (Global and Local) as well as 3rd party to develop new systems and/or operational changes/ upgrade.
4. Designs and analyzes HR data to give insights, diagnose, and detect for support HR customers & Management decision.
5. Ensure accurate documentation process manuals are designed and updated for all HRIS process.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, related field or professional experience equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experienced in HRIS or Data Base. (Oracle /SAP would be an advantage)
- Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience required
- Good analytical, coordinating and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi-tasking.
- Experience working in a multi-national technology organization preferred.
- *Good command of English.
