รายละเอียดงาน
Training Development:
- Setting a course and report to Department of Skill Development (กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน) for workers.
- Create activities to encourage employees to attend online training for hard skills and soft skills.
- Follow up monthly online for new coming and after probation training
- Survey for feedback or career effectives related to staff retention.
- Collaborate with another department for set up and record internal and external training of staff/internship.
- Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.
- Monitor training budget.
- Control and submission of certification courses to the Department of Skill Development. (ยื่นรับรองหลักสูตรกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานและยื่น สท.2)
Engagement Activities
- Creating programs that encourage employee engagement or increasing the overall happiness of employees in their company.
- CSR for handle yearly staff activities, staff party, annual trip, all staff reward.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Humana Resource Management or any filed related
- Experience 7 years up in Human Resources and HR training
- Good in reading, writing & speaking English for coordinate with HR expat
- Can work independently, no staff support and report to Manager.
- Background design training for executive level up to management and coordinate with external professional for training program
