Job Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer with strong experience in software development, ERP systems (SAP, QAD), data analysis, and automation. The candidate will play a key role in transforming manual processes into digital solutions, supporting ERP enhancements, and driving efficiency through automation and data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development & Automation
•Analyze and digitalize manual processes across departments using appropriate technologies.
•Design and develop software applications or low-code/no-code systems to improve operations.
•Implement automation tools and workflows (e.g., Power Automate, scripting tools, APIs).
•Integrate developed systems with ERP platforms (SAP, QAD) and ensure data consistency.
ERP System Support
•Collaborate with users to enhance ERP usability and provide functional/technical support.
•Assist with ERP configurations, data management, and system testing where needed.
•Bridge communication between end users and external consultants/vendors for ERP issues.
Data Analysis & Visualization
•Extract and analyze business data to support decision-making.
•Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
2nd-Level IT Technical Support
•Serve as escalation point for IT support issues unresolved by 1st-level technicians.
•Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software/network issues.
•Coordinate with global/regional IT and vendors for incident resolution and root cause analysis.
•Document technical solutions and update the knowledge base.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience at least 2 years in software/app development using languages or platforms
- Good knowledge in ERP (SAP, QAD) either from user-side or technical perspective.
- Experience with SQL/database management, API, and system integration.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and basic data modeling.
- Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) is an advantage.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems) to support 2nd-level troubleshooting.
- Ability to commute independently is required
