We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales and provide technical expertise to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, engineering background, excellent communication skills in English (Written and Spoken). Proficiency in AutoCAD & 3D modelling software is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
o Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
o Prepare proposals and quotations.
o Conduct technical presentations of the product offered to customers.
o Address technical questions and concerns and provide valuable solutions that meet customer needs.
o Close sales by building rapport with customers, explaining product and service capabilities, and overcoming objections.
• Product Knowledge:
o Continuous learning of the company’s offered products and services.
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements.
o Analyse competitors’ products and strategies to identify areas for differentiation.
• Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business/plant needs and challenges.
o Collaborate with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
