R&D Packaging Specialist (Senior Level)

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Lead packaging development for new product launches and line extensions until commercial run. including conducting packaging feasibility studies, testing, and validation.
2. Understanding and experience of the technical aspects of packaging.
3. Experience with developing packaging that complies with Thailand and international regulations.
4. Collaborate with different functions such as marketing, sales, production, purchasing, logistic and QA and contribute relevant information necessary in assigned projects.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and product specialist in developing suitable material based on product and process requirement for new product development and improvement initiatives.
6. Optimize existing packaging for cost savings, sustainability and performance.
7. Preparing mock-up/samples for other clients.
8. Prepare documentation like specifications including cost estimates, and work with other team members to deliver packaging services for development projects, package qualification, and problem-solving efforts.
9. Participates and contributes to committees where they are members, e.g. Food Safety Team.
10. Able to contribute to the productivity initiative of the company.
11. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree graduate in Food Engineering, Packaging or any related science field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in food packaging, food packaging regulation (Preferable).
- Has in dept knowledge on packaging materials .
- Microsoft office application and Artwork edition.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and oral.
- Works harmoniously within own department and across functions.
