Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Developer and Webmaster with hands-on experience managing and optimizing WordPress websites. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, publishing, and maintaining high-quality content across our web properties while ensuring website performance, security, and user experience are optimized. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically proficient, capable of transforming content strategies into functional, engaging, and SEO-friendly web pages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, upload, and manage website content using WordPress, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Maintain and update site structure, navigation, and design elements to ensure optimal usability and performance.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to publish blogs, landing pages, and multimedia content.
- Implement and manage plugins, themes, and updates to ensure site security and functionality.
- Monitor site performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to web standards and compliance (e.g., WCAG).
- Track and analyze site metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to inform content and performance improvements.
- Manage backups, uptime monitoring, and website security protocols.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with WordPress CMS, including content development and basic site administration.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP/JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword usage, and content optimization strategies.
- Experience with plugins such as Yoast SEO, Elementor, WPForms, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with website migration, staging environments, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of website analytics, reporting, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
- Familiarity with security tools, SSL, CDN, and caching solutions (e.g., Cloudflare, WP Rocket).
- Graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva (optional but a plus).
