รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, sea, road).
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and pricing departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and global logistics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
