Manage customer inquiry, issue and complaint handling, upselling & cross-selling request, and operation support via chat platform to ensure the best customer experience
ㆍBase salary 18K not include ( Diligence Allowance, Commission,
OT)
ㆍBuild a positive relationship with Customers, ensuring that all
inquiry, request, complaints, technical issues are responded
properly via Live Chat
ㆍCreate and maintain record of daily contact reasons from
customers to database
ㆍFollow up customers tickets via outbound call / email subject to
customers' requirement and as needed
ㆍManage upselling, cross-selling, retention, and etc.
ㆍ5 days/week (8AM-8PM)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 1-2 years experience as customer service or a related field.
- Computer Skill: excel, chat management
- Positive and persuasive communication
- Service Mind
- Proficient in English and Thai, both verbal and written
