•Manage warehouse operations, ensuring the proper handling, storage, and distribution of goods.
•Implement inventory tracking systems and procedures to maintain accuracy.
•Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations regarding transportation, safety, and environmental standards.
•Monitor logistics operations for adherence to company policies and industry standards.
•Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to prevent disruptions.
•Analyse logistics data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as delivery times, cost savings, and operational efficiency. Use data insights to propose improvements and implement corrective actions where necessary.
•Develop and manage budgets for logistics operations, focusing on cost control and resource optimization.
•Identify areas to reduce operational costs without compromising quality or service.
•Supervise, train, and motivate logistics staff to achieve operational objectives and maintain high levels of productivity.
•Foster a positive work environment and encourage continuous improvement and development
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Warehouse Supervisor role from electronic part manufacturing.
- Experience in controlling all warehouse operation process including receiving, supplying to production and storing FG.
- Knowledge in warehouse system such as WMS, FIFO.
- Able to go to work by own car.
