Working Hour: M-F 8:30-17:30
Job Description:
- Quality Management: Oversee and control all QA/QC processes from supplier/outsourcing to customer delivery, ensuring alignment with company targets and quality standards.
- Complaint Analysis and Improvement: Analyze customer complaints, evaluate feedback, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Supplier and Vendor Quality Control: Investigate supplier quality issues, coordinate with supplier QA/QC teams, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Quality Control Procedures: Implement and maintain quality control procedures, including incoming material inspection, in-process control, and final product inspection before shipment.
- Training and Process Improvement: Provide training to Quality Auditors, recommend improvements to QA/QC procedures, and monitor compliance through internal audits.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any other related field.
- At least 15 years’ experience in quality control and assurance roles from Automotive part industries.
- Good command of both spoken & written English and computer literacy.
