รายละเอียดงาน1. System Establishment & Maintenance
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Integrated QHSE Management System, ensuring cross-departmental process standardization.
Develop/revise system documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, etc.) to comply with ISO standards and customer-specific requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA8000).
2. Compliance & Risk Management
Identify quality/safety/environmental risks in operations and implement control measures.
Monitor updates in laws and regulations to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
3. Audits & Continuous Improvement
Organize internal audits and management reviews, and lead customer/supplier audits and third-party certification audits (e.g., SGS, TÜV).
Drive corrective actions for non-conformities using PDCA, 5Why, and other improvement tools.
4. Training & Culture Promotion
Conduct company-wide QSE awareness training (e.g., ISO standards, emergency drills, waste management).
Foster a safety culture and quality culture through engagement activities.
5. Performance Monitoring & Improvement
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management regularly.
Lead improvement projects (e.g., energy conservation, 6S, occupational health).
6. Emergency & Incident Management
Develop emergency response plans (e.g., fire, chemical spills) and conduct drills.
Participate in incident investigations and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) to prevent recurrence.
