TASKS THAT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT 1. Prepare export and import documents (Export & Import documents) • Verify the accuracy of Invoice, Packing list, shipping documents, BL or AWB • Support related import-export documents and submit them to shipping agents and Customs Department • Use basic BOI systems such as EMT and RMTS • Personally obtain FTA forms from the Department of Foreign Trade 2. Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments (Logistics & Shipping Coordination) • Schedule loading and shipping dates, and update the team on import-export shipments • Track and monitor the status of shipments both inbound and outbound • Arrange transportation for domestic delivery to customers 3. Handle and manage basic BOI-related tasks • Manage BOI-related export/import documents • Take responsibility for basic BOI import tasks, such as verifying benefits for raw materials and machinery 4. Coordinate with forwarders • Request flight/vessel schedules and submit related documents • Inform shipment details to forwarders and internal teams. • Contact foreign customers, reply to emails, follow up on work for customers.Sales and coordination

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 27- 35 ปี
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
ประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ด้าน BOI 3ปี ขึ้นไป
ต้องรู้ระบบ กฎหมาย BOI และสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษี และขั้นตอน การดำเนินงานด้าน BOI เป็นอย่างดี
มีทักษะด้านภาษาภาษาอังกฤษ เป็นอย่างดี
มีทักษะด้านเจรจาต่อรอง มีปฎิภาณไหวพริบที่ดี แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
มีทักษะด้านงานขาย หรืองานด้านการตลาด
หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนและพร้อมเริ่มงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่หลากหลายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
สามารถทำงานวันจันทร์-วันเสาร์ได้
