Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of various consumer touchpoints within the ownership cycle, with a focus on maximizing customer lifetime value.
Lead efforts to drive increased engagement through the reduction of app churn rates and the implementation of strategies to increase repurchase rates.
- Identify opportunities for in-app acquisition and retention, and drive digital marketing campaigns to grow customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer journeys and leverage data insights and analytics to enhance segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Elevate lifecycle marketing efforts through the implementation of segment- and trigger-based communication tests and promotional strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytics to optimize funnels, lower customer acquisition costs, and increase repurchase rates.
- Implement segmentation, targeting, and personalization tactics to improve response and conversion rates across digital touchpoints.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to drive personalization initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle.
