รายละเอียดงาน
1. Recruitment & Onboarding (Operator & Line leader)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Coordinate with external agencies, job boards, and institutions to attract a diverse and qualified pool of candidates.
2. Training & Development
- Coordinating all department for Training Need Survey and Yearly Training Plan
- Control Overall in Orientation New Employee, In-House Training and Public Training
- Follow up training reports, results and evaluation and OJT
Training Record and summary the results of monthly training
- Submit required training documents to the Department of Skill
Development (Form SorTor.2).
3. HR Operations & Employee Support
- Coordinate with production and office departments to ensure HR operational support.
- Handle HR inquiries from employees and provide timely responses.
- Support HR process improvements and documentation efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree & Above / Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- At least 3 years in handling recruitment and training function.
- Knowledge of HR policies, onboarding, and employee administration.
- Maturity with good interpersonal and influencing skills, effective communication with people from different cultures and levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR documentation processes.
- Service-minded approach with a focus on employee experience.
