- Manage HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth execution of HR operations.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning activities.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding Process
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees to ensure seamless integration into the company.
- Coordinate exit processes, including final documentation and clearance.
- Assist in probation review and operational training programs.
3. Time Attendance & Benefits Administration
- Support time attendance tracking and leave management processes.
- Assist in benefits administration, ensuring employees receive entitled benefits correctly.
- Work closely with payroll and HR teams to resolve attendance and benefits-related issues.
4. HR Operations & Employee Support
- Coordinate with production and office departments to ensure HR operational support.
- Handle HR inquiries from employees and provide timely responses.
- Support HR process improvements and documentation efficiency.
5. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Coordinate with external agencies, job boards, and institutions to attract a diverse and qualified pool of candidates.
6. Meeting Preparation & Reporting
- Prepare for meetings related to People Operations, including agendas, materials, and presentations.
- Document meeting notes and action items, and prepare reports on People Operations.
