รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities:
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Order Management: Oversee and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment,
addressing any order-related issues.
• Coordination with Quality Assurance Department: Coordinate with the QA department to schedule
product inspections and address quality-related issues.
• Test Report Follow-up: Follow up and ensure the delivery of test reports from the QA department to
customers as required.
• Sales Report Preparation: Prepare sales reports and track orders with delivery deadlines, ensuring
product delivery time.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and process customer-required documentation as requested.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective prioritization skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (such as Salesforce or similar platforms)
