รายละเอียดงาน1. Customer Experience management :
- Be the first customer contact point from all channels, response to the question and give basic resolution to customer with speed and care
- Get insights from customers' requirements and questions, and co-develop improvements for better products. promotions and services
- Operate seller page (in English and Thai language) on online sales channels; website, Line OA, social media (FB, IG) and marketplace (Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, Line my shop).
2. Order and operation management :
- Gather orders from all online and offline channels, summarize reports, and notify manufacturers for timely production and supply
- Coordinate with manufacturers to maintain stock levels and ensure sufficient supply for all sales platforms including modern trade channels (e.g., Lotus’s, Big C, Makro, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to forecast sales and plan stock for both online, offline, and modern trade distribution
- Ensure efficient delivery and seamless coordination across the entire supply chain, covering e-commerce, direct sales, and modern trade partners
