Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to lead projects, mentor junior team members,
The candidate will have a strong engineering background, Good problem-solving abilities, and collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute job, setup target and follow up subordinate (Engineer and Technician)
- Lead the team to improve Productivity and Quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Good Collaborate with other teams such as Production, QA, Machine Research & Development and Other team.
- Problem solving and defect analysis skill with Engineering tool such as MSA, SPC, QC7 tool
- Perform other duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age not over 30 years
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, (Except Civil) or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Capable of written, spoken in English for communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have knowledge about machine vision will be advantage
- Able to read 2D drawing , if have Auto CAD skill will be advantage
