The position will also include responsibility for working to CAD and data transfer standards within company (as may be applicable to each customer) so as to ensure the design integrity and security of customer and company data. This will require co-ordination with project teams and CAD staff at various locations. A good understanding of change control and change management (PLM) would be a favorable asset, but not essential. Main Function: - Conceptual development and layout design - Detail part design including30 design, 2D detailing and GD&T CATIA V5 3D Modeling techniques and 20 drawing development capability is a minimum requirement and a good understating of G, D&T. - Support with CAD tasks as required - Support CAD data security, integrity and back-up - Design responsibility for the integrity of all math data transferred from company sits to customers and supplier - Communicate with supplier and on site support at customer from time to time - Support the development and implementation of EMS ISO14001 and IATF16949 system - Designing assemblies comprising of multiple part interfaces - Basic check jigs, fixtures and metal press tooling design
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Engineering or related field.
  2. Refrigeration and air-conditioning engineering experience/degree.
  3. Able using Catia V5 is a must.
  4. Understanding of OEMs Systems and Standards.
  5. Plastic injection module and metal press tooling design experience.
  6. Checking fixture design experience.
  7. Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 I IATF16949 / ISO 14001.
  8. Excellent in writing reading and spoken English.
  9. Ability to read technical drawing And ability to use Solid Works or other CAD package is an advantage especially with experience of 30 model manipulation which is used in Al for brazing fixture design
