2.Manage distribution center to selling to cash van channel retail stores in the responsible area.
3. Responsible forecasting sales to reach target resource every month and prepare report of P&L by monthly/yearly business.
4. Provide report of sales by monthly / quarterly / yearly compared to target.
5. Monitoring sales data by distributors sales system and report to company.
6. Coordinate departments related such as production plan, logistics, optimize delivery routes to monitor sales team.
7. Manage inventory report by daily/weekly/monthly.
8. Prepare distributor's expenses document and report to company by monthly .
9. if necessary, execute local promotion and marketing activities in the area for create demanding.
10. Supervise PC model to each TT credit store and manage on budgeting provided.
11. Manage NG product from market and distribution center to control budgeting.
12. Create and manage brand visibility in area by POSM.
13. Create and manage trade activity in area for raising demand branding.
14. Other duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Sex : Male
- Age : 35 - 45 year old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ of proven experience of Manager in FMCG distribution and Sales function.
- Agility skills; mental, people, result
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills, result-oriented, self-motivated, and pragmatic.
- Data driven with strong analytical & problem solving
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions
- Able to work under pressure and business dynamic.
- Good Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices and presentation tools.
- Established skills in building route to market
- Strong collaboration with cross functional team
