รายละเอียดงาน
• Review fabrication/construction drawing and ITP prior fabrication.
• Preparing and control fabrication schedule.
• Preparing and control fabrication method.
• Preparing and control manpower, tool and equipment plan.
• Preparing shop drawing.
• Preparing of fabrication progress report [per weekly, per monthly].
• Preparing job card and work order [job assignment].
• Ensure that fabrication drawing are available on time for fabrication team.
• Raise potential engineering problem with project engineer, assistant fabrication manager, fabrication manager.
• Prepare material take-off sheet to project engineer for cost estimated of change order and obtain approval from customer.
• Preparing the materials, consumable and service requisition for welding material and material consumable.
• Follow up MR of welding material and materials consumable with logistic and procurement department.
• Coordination with all concern department such engineering, procurement, fabrication, paint, QA/QC, logistic and customer.
• Meeting customer to discuss the following:
a. Clarifying fabrication matters.
b. Keep them inform of the status and problems.
• Track progress status during fabrication and alert assistance fabrication manager, fabrication manager if deviation from plan occurred.
• Coordinate internally and externally regarding the fabrication matter.
• Control and record manpower and productivity status.
• Control and record PI in job responsibility.
• Record rework (if any).
• Propose work procedure and work instruction, revised if necessary.
• Problems report and propose solutions to assistance fabrication manager, fabrication manager.
• Disciplinary action subordinates in case of violation or misconduct.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in PD manufacturing processes.
