รายละเอียดงาน1. Acquires and services customers (tour agents, corporations and schools), agrees contractual framework, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call or visit customers.
2. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
3. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales performance.
4. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, events, etc.
5. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
6. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
7. Sell and Plan work towards meeting sales targets and budgets.
8. Visit different travel Agencies and other partners to increase sales performance of RWP and to seek new co-promotion opportunities.
