รายละเอียดงาน
1.Product Application Innovation:
oDevelop and test sulphite-based formulations or blends targeted at diverse applications such as food preservation, leather processing, water treatment, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and photographic chemicals.
oCustomize products to meet specific customer application needs, functional requirements, and industry standards.
2.Customer-Centric Development:
oEngage directly with customers to understand pain points, performance gaps, or unmet needs in existing applications.
oDesign and execute application-level experiments or simulations to enhance product performance and usability at the customer’s end.
3.Collaboration with Pilot Plant and Production/Technical Cell:
oWork closely with Pilot Plant Engineers to translate lab or application-scale concepts into viable products and evaluate scale-up feasibility.
oProvide detailed input to concerned teams for improving raw material selection, formulation stability, or end-use functionality.
4.Performance Evaluation and Benchmarking:
oConduct side-by-side comparisons of in-house and competitor products to identify differentiators and improvement opportunities.
oDocument all test procedures, application performance results, and customer validation feedback.
5.Technical Support and Training:
oProvide application training and demonstrations to customers, technical teams, and sales personnel.
oSupport trial runs or customer audits with clear technical rationale for product selection and expected performance benefits.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- จบวุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี -ป.โท สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ เคมี หรือเทียบเท่า
- ประสบการณ์ 10 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีทักษะด้านใช้งาน Computer
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน R&D
