E-Commerce Executive

รายละเอียดงาน
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the online store (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
- Manage inventory, ensure timely product listing and delisting
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic, improve conversion rate, and boost sales
- Provide high-quality customer service, including answering inquiries, processing orders, and handling refunds/exchanges
- Promote products through social media, email marketing, and other online channels
- Analyze sales and traffic data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in E-commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in managing online store operations and e-commerce activities.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiar with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, including campaign registration and platform promotion tools.
- Chinese-Thai or Chinese-English language skills are a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, fast learner, able to work under pressure.
- Work Schedule: 5 days/week
