- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue on Shopee and Lazada.
- Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2.E-commerce Operations
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to enhance visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to run campaigns, flash sales, and platform
- sponsored events.-Ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service standards.
3.Team Leadership
- Lead and train a team of e-commerce executives to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, purchase, customer service) to ensure seamless operations.
4.Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and ads ROI.
5.Platform & Partner Management
- Build strong relationships with Shopee and Lazada account managers to secure promotional opportunities.
- Stay updated on platform policies, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
