- Develop and lead the overall TikTok Affiliate marketing strategy to exceed sales targets and expand brand reach.
- Stay ahead of TikTok’s Affiliate program updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to adapt tactics.
- Analyze market competition and identify opportunities to outperform rival affiliate campaigns.
2.Team & Performance Management
- Supervise and mentor the TikTok Affiliate Supporter, ensuring KOL management, and content standards are met.
- Set team targets (e.g., sales targets, creator recruitment goals, ROI) and monitor progress with data-driven reports.
- Optimize commission structures and incentive programs to motivate top-performing affiliates.
3.KOL/Influencer Ecosystem Development
- Build and nurture relationships with top-tier KOLs, agencies, and TikTok’s affiliate team for exclusive partnerships.
- Oversee the creator onboarding process, ensuring alignment with brand voice and compliance guidelines.
- Negotiate high-impact collaborations (e.g., long-term contracts, sponsored campaigns) with macro-influencers.
4.Data, Reporting & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Track affiliate performance metrics (CVR, ROAS, engagement) and present insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to align affiliate campaigns with product launches/promotions.
- Liaise with TikTok’s platform reps to leverage beta features, sponsorship opportunities, and affiliate tools.
