Design and manage training programs for store staff in the dessert and macaroon business to enhance skills in customer service, product knowledge, taste quality and sales.
Organize and conduct onboarding training for new employees covering company policies, product knowledge, sales systems and customer service standards.
Develop and implement targeted training strategies in collaboration with management and department heads to meet branch-specific needs and business objectives.
Facilitate employee orientation to ensure understanding of company culture, values and service standards.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance post-training, providing ongoing coaching and support to improve skills and address weaknesses.
Maintain detailed training records, attendance, and progress reports, and prepare summaries for branch management and HR.
Manage training budgets efficiently and coordinate with external training providers as needed.
Ensure all training programs comply with company policies and relevant regulations, updating materials according to product or policy changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in training, HR, or employee development, preferably in multi-branch organizations or retail environments.
Knowledge or experience in the dessert, macaroon, or food industry is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and needs.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple training tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP) is an advantage.
Experience in project management, able to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to assess training dat
