Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create job descriptions
Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and sourcing strategies
Sourcing Candidates:
Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract potential candidates
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Administer skills assessments or other pre-employment tests when required
Candidate Experience:
Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Provide feedback to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
Employer Branding:
Represent the company at career fairs and other recruitment events
Promote the organization’s culture and values to attract the right candidates
Recruitment Metrics and Compliance:
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process
Onboarding:
Assist and Facilitate in onboarding process with the related departments to ensure new joiners are integrated effectively into the organization
