รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Indirect materials i.e. Non-Food materials and Services in alignment with Corporate procurement sourcing strategies and CPF business priorities
- Develop strong and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into category sourcing plans, and ensure successful implementation and execution.
- Establish best-in-class aligned standards and ensure performance of strategic supply partners is systematically reviewed and measured at agreed intervals
- Ensure sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and supplier performance management practices are in place and managed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or related field, MBA is preferred
- 5-10 years of relevant global procurement or purchasing experience
- Experience in various roles within Procurement functions
- Experience in strategic sourcing is an advantage
- Experience in leading team in different locations
