2.Scope of work Oversee and coordinate DCS software engineering activities performed by system vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements, standards, and timelines. Key Responsibilities System Engineering & Project Support Engineering Design •Review and validate DCS software/hardware specifications, technical clarification, etc, to ensure vendor solutions align with Covestro's technical standards •Modification requirement for system integration such as PI, MES •Support the Project System Lead and coordinate with other disciplines (production and maintenance) in conducting Front End Engineering Design (FEED) document, which qualified data for system vendor execution. Project Execution •Support project planning and scheduling of DCS and integrated system activities •Support procurement activities for PCT equipment and materials. •Manage technical documentation and change control processes •Perform Operator graphic design and implementation follow graphic standard, FDS, coordination and collaboration work with peer disciplines. •Coordinate with DCS system vendors for software development and modifications •Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of automation systems •Review vendor deliverables against specifications and standards •Track software development progress and milestones •Facilitate technical discussions between vendors and stakeholders •Monitor vendor performance and compliance with project timelines •Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering challenges during commissioning at site.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Proficient in software or tools i.e. visio, AutoCAD, In tools
  2. Understanding of basic electrical engineering drawing, codes and safety standards.
  3. Ability to communicate in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
  4. Ability to manage, prioritize and execute tasks to achieve both corporate and project goals.
  5. Experience with integration system such as PI, MES, etc.
  6. Experience with functional safety such as HIMA
  7. Experience with other DCS system such as Yokogawa Centum VP, Siemens PCS7, Honeywell Foxboro are accepted.
  8. Highly expected direct experience with Emerson DCS - DeltaV system.
  9. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in DCS system engineering or system maintenance.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation, automation, or a related field.
  11. Thai Nationality, Male or Female
