รายละเอียดงาน
-Communicate with clients and agents regarding export shipments, documentation, and service updates.
-Receive and process booking requests for air and sea shipments.
-Coordinate with carriers.
-Prepare and verify export documentation, including:
Commercial invoices
Packing lists
Bill of Lading (B/L)
-Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to customers on the status of cargo.
-Handle delays or exceptions and work to resolve them quickly.
-Coordinate with the finance department to issue invoices and verify freight charges.
-Work with sales, operations, and documentation teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing.
-Handle service issues, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- New graduate candidates are welcome
- Experience in sea or air freight export in Freight forwarder business would be advantage
- Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Good command of English
- Service Mind, Proactive, Positive thinking, good interpersonal communication skills
- Candidate who can start immediately will be preferred

วิธีการเดินทาง
วิธีเดินทางแบบง่าย ลงรถไฟฟ้า ช่องนนทรี หรือ ศาลาแดง หรือจะนั่งวินมอเตอไซค์ ว่า "ไป อาคาร ไทยสมุทร"
1. ลงรถไฟฟ้า สถานี ช่องนนทรี - ทางออก 4 * จากนั้นเดินไปจนถึง สี่แยกไฟแดง
2. ข้ามถนน เดินทะลุอาคาร ITF Tower
3. เดินตรงไปจนสุดทาง แล้วเลี้ยวขวา
4. เมื่อเลี้ยวขวาแล้ว เดินตรงไปจนถึงเซเว่น -จากเซเว่น เดินเลี้ยวซ้ายอีก 10 ก้าว ถึงแล้วค่ะ
