2. Ensure all operation result under responsibility areas including KPI, stock accuracy, operational cost, health and safety, and customer service.
3. Execution, reporting of quality related information to support management decision and customer requirement.
4. Maintain good stakeholder relationship including customer, supplier, employee, visitor and staff.
5. Initiate and conduct continuous improvement scheme for all areas of operations.
6. Develop improvement methodologies for analyzing client data which can further improve the effectiveness of operational processes.
7. Execution quality tasks in operations
8. Process quality information and quality analysis for logistics operation
9. Investigate all operation quality issue and suggest appropriate actions
10. Support implementation with as and when required services for project management, procedure development, or other implementation issue.
11. Involve and cooperate with company/team activities
12. Operational control: Thorough planning and organizing of the work and careful monitoring of resources & progress to achieve planned results.
