Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects in the manufacturing plant. Design, evaluate, and improve production processes or projects related to machinery installation and modifications. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with production, maintenance, procurement, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges. Prepare technical documents, including blueprints, progress reports, and equipment manuals. Ensure project quality and compliance with industry standards and company regulations. Implement and enforce safety and environmental regulations within project activities. Continuously analyze and improve production processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
ทักษะเพิ่มเติม
Strong planning and project management skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP, or relevant industry regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software.
Experience in cost control, budgeting, and procurement management. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills. Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
