1、Conduct preliminary communication for employee recruitment and interviews.
2、Assist in handling employee resignation procedures, supervise and inspect the completion of work handovers, and manage employee hiring, termination, and internal transfers.
3、Handle employee payroll statistics and distribution, address salary inquiries, and issue salary certificates.
4、Verify, summarize, and analyze company social insurance bills.
Administrative Section:
1、Responsible for establishing and improving various administrative and logistics management systems, and overseeing their implementation and follow-up.
2、Fully manage the daily operations of office supplies, hygiene, and safety to ensure effective logistical support.
3、Coordinate between the administrative department and other departments, providing support services as needed.
4、Enforce company policies and regulations, with the authority to issue disciplinary notices for violations, maintaining the authority of company rules.
