4. The external human resources stock and distribution status of the talents required by the company, and conduct effective analysis, implement planning, development, maintenance and expansion of recruitment channels, ensure that the talent information is large, rich in level and high in quality, and ensure that the recruitment channels can effectively meet the company's employment needs;
5. Position demand information, do a good job in company image promotion;
6. Resumes, classify and screen resumes, arrange pre-employment tests, determine the interview list, notify applicants to come for interviews (written tests), conduct preliminary interviews (written tests) for applicants, and issue comprehensive evaluation opinions;
7. Relevant department personnel assist in completing the re-examination work to ensure the interview The interview work is carried out in time and the assessment results meet the job requirements;
8. Conduct background checks on recruited personnel, communicate with the intended recruits about their benefits, and complete the recruitment notice;
