รายละเอียดงาน
1. Purchase Order Management:
- Prepare, issue and manage purchase orders (POs) based on production and inventory
requirements
- Track and monitor the status of orders to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve discrepancies or delays in delivery schedules with suppliers
2. Supplier Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers
- Evaluate supplier performance and address quality or service issues (KPIs dashboard, regularmeetings)
3. Stock Follow up and Control :
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet production and customer needs
- Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid overstocking or stockouts
4. Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Data analysis linked with supply topics
- Update of existing database and dashboards
- Generate reports to monitor team efficiency
- Launch new analysis necessary to monitor KPIs
- Build new KPI’s depending on the team needs
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement roles (experience in data analysis is a plus)
- Good command of both written and spoken in English
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools (Excel mandatory, SAP and Looker appreciated but not mandatory)
- Analytical mindset
- Detail and service mind oriented. Flexible, organised and adaptable in work.
