รายละเอียดงาน
1.Responsible for financial management in Thailand, including accounting, financial analysis, cost control, inventory control, fixed asset, taxation etc.
2.Responsible for communicating and coordinating with local tax, audit and other relevant departments to ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the company's financial work.
3.Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management & Group Company, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
4.Develop and adjust financial budgets and plans based on the company's business development needs to ensure the safety and effective utilization of company funds.
5.Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
6.Work closely with other department, e.g: production, procurement, and HR, to provide financial insights, support cost optimization, and ensure accurate financial reporting for operational activities.
7.Support the preparation of the accounting budget and cash flow forecast.
8.Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure the integrity of financial processes and compliance with company policies and Thai regulations.
9.Regularly inspect and evaluate the financial status of Thai companies, and promptly identify and resolve potential financial risks.
10.Ad-Hoc Support: Assist in special projects, such as financial system upgrades, cost-benefit analyses for new investments, or compliance with new regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- University degree, major in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years of experience in finance work.
- Proficient in financial and office software, with excellent data analysis skills.
- Having good English communication skills, able to effectively communicate with local employees and clients.
- Possess team spirit and good interpersonal communication skills, able to effectively coordinate and cooperate with various departments.
- Could communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
