- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and implement proactive measures to prevent disruptions and downtime to be ensure high availability, reliability, and security of network and server systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
Technical Support:
- Provide daily technical support tasks to internal users and affiliate companies, resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting network problems, and assisting with system configurations.
- Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, network configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide related training and knowledge sharing sessions to internal staff and end-users on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Internal and Cross-Funcitonal Support:
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement IT projects and initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents outside of normal business hours.
- Be a champion on emerging technologies and industry best practices to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT systems and data from cybersecurity threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
