Acting as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties
Handle correspondence (email, phone calls, post) and respond to inquiries where appropriate.
Handle personal tasks for the executive, such as scheduling appointments, and managing personal budgets.
Help track project progress, prepare status updates, and analyze data and prepare reports and presentations
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are well-organized and easily accessible
Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed
