รายละเอียดงาน
- To release purchase order at the right time and obtain delivery confirmation from supplier.
- To follow up and expedite the materials delivery from vendor to be able to support the production requirement.
- To follow up the suppliers when the rejected materials process (RTV Return-To-Vendor) and follow up credit note from suppliers.
-To reschedule and cancel the purchase orders according to
Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)
-To coordinate with supplier and provide information to colleagues for a proper phase in of new part and phase out of old part.
- To perform the supplier rating on delivery, flexibility, and service.
- To track and improve the materials purchase price variance.
-To propose alternative materials to resolve the material shortage
-To coordinate and manage both buyer and supplier to meet VMI program target.
-To find alternative solutions and work with concerns to obtain the approval.
-To feedback all potential problems encountered to supervisor and/or manager
-To support the team as assigned by the manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Good at English communication skills.
- 0-5 years working experience in purchasing, buyer or procurement (experienced in EMS industry will be preferred).
- Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Business Administration, Arts, Economics or related field.
