-Resource Management: Manage resources effectively and ensure optimal allocation of team members to meet project deadlines.
-Timeline & Milestone Tracking: Monitor project progress, ensure that milestones are met, and proactively address any risks or blockers to maintain schedules.
-Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, timeline changes, and project risks.
-Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback loops with teams.
