รายละเอียดงาน
1.Install and prepare EDM and WEDM and Hole drilling machines for the machining process.
2.Program the EDM and WEDM and hole drilling machine to create components as per design specifications.
3.Control the machining process and maintain the precision of the components.
4.Perform the electrical discharge machining and fine-tune component details according to instructions.
5.Maintain and repair EDM and WEDM hole drilling machines as needed.
6.Inspect and ensure the quality of components to meet standards.
7.Report issues and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
8.Adhere to safety standards in machine operation and handling of materials.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 1.Vocational Certificate or High school diploma in Production Technology.
- 2.Experience in operating EDM and WEDM and Hole drilling machinery and a solid understanding of electrical discharge machining principles. If experience with Sodick brand is a plus.
- 3.Proficiency in programming EDM and WEDM machines and reading and comprehending drawing.
- 4.Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.
- 5.Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- 6.Troubleshooting abilities and the capability to work under pressure.
- 7.Commitment to safety in machine operation and adherence to safety standards.
- 8.Good attitude.
- 9.Able to work shifts.
