รายละเอียดงาน
• Plan, control, and manage the company's quality control system in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 , other relevant standards, and customer requirements.
• Develop quality policies, objectives, and strategies to ensure product quality meets specifications and customer expectations.
• Develop and improve quality control processes throughout the production cycle, from raw material receiving to production, inspection, and product delivery, with a focus on Automotive Parts, and Industrial Products.
• Manage the QC team, including task assignment, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Customers, to resolve quality problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Control and monitor including evaluate quality performance, prepare reports, and present to management.
• Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Manage quality documentation, such as WI, SOP, Control Plan, FMEA, and PPAP (especially for Automotive Parts).
• Utilize statistical tools for data analysis and quality improvement.
• Possess knowledge and experience in lathe manufacturing processes, and assembly in automotive part.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- Age 35 Years old up
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering any field
- Good computer skills.
- Good command of English.
- Have knowledge in ISO9001, IATF16949 and 14001 will be required.
- Have experience in management in quality control and control ISO System such as ISO IATF 16949, ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 etc.
- Have knowledge in core tools for problem analysis. And proficiency in data analysis and report generation
- Highly responsible and has leadership skills for team management.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
