Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of QA/Testers (both manual and functional) to ensure quality standards are met. - Design, develop, and review test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for mobile and web-based applications, especially in payment and policy service systems. - Oversee manual testing efforts with a strong focus on front-end and end-to-end user experience (mainly on iOS and Android). - Coordinate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to gather testing requirements and clarify expected results. - Validate bug fixes, manage regression testing, and ensure readiness before product releases. - Create and maintain test documentation including UAT scripts, defect logs, test summary reports, etc. - Identify and implement process improvements for QA practices. - Support mentoring and knowledge sharing within the QA team. - Monitor progress, allocate tasks, and report status to project managers or relevant stakeholders.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Thai nationality
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Software Testing, with 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role.
Solid understanding of manual testing principles
Hands-on experience testing payment systems is highly preferred.
Experience in managing medium-scale testing teams.
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Good understanding of defect lifecycle and familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
