Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative tasks and coordinating internal communications.
- Record and organize basic accounting data (e.g. expenses, income, petty cash).
- Assist with preparing monthly financial summaries for review.
- Coordinate with external accountant/finance team on invoice and payment tracking.
- Support basic HR tasks
- Work with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle other assigned duties that support the accounting or HR functions.
